It was a busy and productive week at ATU International headquarters as our top three officers - International President John Costa, International Executive Vice President Yvette Trujillo and International Secretary-Treasurer Ken Kirk - along with International staff convened meetings to continue planning for our 61st International Convention to be held in New York City this coming August.
Intensive meetings and discussions were held on Convention Committees, Resolutions, convention events, and other exciting activities. This important work is critical as our convention brings together our leaders from across North America to set a strategic vision for our Union to build power for transit workers and riders and address pressing issues and challenges in our industry and movement.
