Our Local 308 in Chicago, IL, launched a mentorship program for rail operators with the CTA. This ATU-driven initiative pairs our experienced members with newly hired operators and those in need of additional support through a structured peer-to-peer mentoring model. This program builds on successful mentorship models pioneered under the leadership of International President John Costa.
