Day 2 of the 30th AFL-CIO Constitutional Convention

Day 2 of the 30th AFL-CIO Constitutional Convention brought the heat. International President John Costa was front and center, taking the stage to deliver the credentials report to delegates from unions across the country, including our very own ATU leaders.

Sessions throughout the day highlighted the AFL-CIO Sports Council and focused on two of labor’s most urgent priorities: Organizing to Win and Building Worker Power. Real workers telling real stories about what’s at stake for working people everywhere.

The evening brought hundreds of union members together at U.S. Bank Stadium for the Celebration of Solidarity. Minneapolis and the labor movement showed out! Day 3 starts tomorrow.
