Our ATU Local 1225-San Francisco, CA, and Monterey-Salinas Transit Mentors in Motion (MIM) program continues to set the standard for how mentorships can support and uplift new operators entering the transit industry. To recognize the dedication and hard work of both mentors and mentees, the MIM team created a unique and meaningful symbol of achievement - the ATU Mentorship Championship Belt.
