TO:       ATU Midwest Conference Members

FR:        Felicia Clayton, Midwest Conference President

RE:       Cancellation of Midwest Conference  (April 3-5, 2020)

Amid the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the health and safety of our ATU Family is top priority. Out of abundance of caution we regret to inform you the ATU Midwest Conference Board has cancelled the upcoming Midwest Conference set for April 3-5, 2020 at the Prairie Meadow Hotel/Conference Center in Altoona, Iowa. All hotel reservations have been cancelled. The decision was made following serious considerations of many factors, including the risk of spreading COVID-19 in gatherings such as this.

ATU Midwest Conference Board will continue to monitor the ongoing developments concerning the COVID-19 outbreak while we have a tentative date set for the ATU Midwest Conference on September 18 & 19, 2020, if health and safety concerns permit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused, and we will keep in touch.

Thank you for your understanding on this matter and by all means stay healthy!
