SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Practice Round - Sunday, September 26, 2021

9:00 AM:  Tee-Times Assigned - Box Lunch
(Tee times are allotted throughout the day in 10-minute increments. Requests will be honored if available)


Tournament Round - Monday, September 27, 2021

8:00 AM - 9:30 AM:  Registration
10:00 AM:  Shotgun Start - Two Foursomes Per Tee

(A buffet lunch will be provided at the turn, followed
by a reception with banquet and prizes)


Format: Scramble/Captain’s Choice (lowest scoring)

Par 3’s play your own ball.
Par 4’s select best tee shot then play your own ball.
Par 5’s select best 2 shots then play your own ball.


Golfer Donation: $300 for both days,
Non-Golfer Donation: $125 (reception and banquet only - tournament day)

MS Research Booster Donation: $5. For tax deductible rates, see reservation form.
