US Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood and Oregon Representatives Earl Blumenauer, Peter DeFazio, Kurt Schrader, and David Wu spoke at the unveiling of the first streetcar built in America in 60 years by United Streetcar, a newly formed subsidiary of Oregon Iron Works.
